A neurological condition caused Brian, who was an extremely active person, to eventually be confined to a wheelchair so this is why his friends and family would like donations to be sent to the Brain Research Trust. Although Brian was not able to walk in later life he didn't let it get him down - he still remained enthusiastic, upbeat and interested in others.
